how to tell if I am burning oil thru turbo, valve seals or rings?

well all i smoke is V8's

I noticed with my t-25 (which was shot) that it would only smoke a blueish gray smoke only under WOT. But I noticed that There was a ton of oil in my IC pipes AND in my intake???

I don't really notice any problems with smoke coming from my exhaust. But I noticed one day I was on the highway doing about 70 in 5th. Some guy suddenly started tailgating me so I dropped it in 3rd and huge trail of smoke came out as I wa s accelerating, I noticed my boost was at 17psi as well. Normally if I just go WOT in 1st gear, it'll only boost up to 15psi through all gears and I wouldn't see any signs of smoke. The boost only goes up to 17psi if I downshift at high speeds and a lot of smoke emits.
