How to take off the crank sprocket???

does anyone know how to take off the crank sprocket im changeing over the front case off my old 7 bolt that walked and puttin it on my new one. Everything else came off easy but this one just spins any ideas??
 
I can't get my crank bolt out either. I've been trying all day with a breaker bar and it wont budge. Will it deff come out with air tools?
