I think you just need new seals....... wheels look fine, JB Weld the turbine wheel back on.

Contemplated that, then realized I was out so I duct taped it

No freaking idea....car was tuned rather nicely for 5 gallons e"70" and 93 at 26lbs....popped off an intercooler pipe, no biggy. Fixed it and the car wouldn't boost still...found 2+ quarts of oil in my intercooler the next day
