how to pick a fmic??

I'm looking for the right way to pick out a FMIC. Curretly i'm looking to run a AGP t3/t4 50 trim and would like to use a gm maf with a blow through set up. I've done some searching, but i'm probably not pluggin in the correct phrases.
What i want to know is, what FMIC's to look for and why i would choose this. what flow #'s am i looking for? I've looked at dejon tool's 1g race fmic and i'm shooting to go with a short route piping as well.
if you can shed any light onto the subject it would be greatly appreciated.

check out extreme PSI's 1g fmic kit. Thats the one im gonna go after. I havent really looked into the dejon tool one tho, so i cant really comment on it
