How to move awd auto car

I need to move an awd auto gsx. The kicker is it has no key, no wheels and does not run. How can I move this thing without causing any damage?

Put some wheels on it and flatbed it or find a dolly that keeps all 4 on the ground.

Have a key made and bring a set of wheels. Or the individual wheel dollies like ^^ said!

I am probably going to have to get it towed on a flatbed. I can bring spare wheels for it. But is there a way around getting a key made? I just need it in neutral so it isn't getting dragged up and down from the truck.

You won't need a key to get it in neutral. Just unhook the shifter cable from the transmission and move the linkage out of park. You won't be able to steer it, but you will be able to get it to roll.

If you take apart all the plastic trim off the auto shifter tower you will see that there is a very small cable (about the size of a bicycle brake cable) going from the auto shifter to the ignition/key tumbler. This cable is what makes it possible for the shifter to lock into place and when key is installed and turned it unlocks shifter tower. Just take apart your trim and removed that cable for the time being. Bolt on your spare wheels (make sure all same tire size if gonna move it old fashion way with a tow rope) and now you can move it. That shift lock mechanisim can be by-passed in no time at all

Oh and forgot to mention the steering wheel is also locked with no key. So your gonna need to steer it to get it on a trailer. Here's what you do when you have no key but gotta move the car

Remove all the plastic trim off the steering colum. Look at the ignition/key tubler, you'll notice its bolted in with two bolts that are perfect flush and there's no way to remove them. Those are called "anti-tamper" bolts. You have two options to remove the anti tamper bolts. You can use a very very tiny cut off wheel on a dremel and cut a flat spot into them and turn them into flat blade screw driver

Or easier and faster method to remove anti tamper bolts is to use a very fine point and strong punch and hammer. Hammer straight down on the anti tamper bolt so the sharp punch really digs into, now keep tappin hammer as you slowly start to angle the punch in the direction to loosen. Once the bolts break loose from being tight you can unscrew them by finger

Bam, there u have. How to move a car with no key. Don't use those tips to steal your friends car tho.
