1g awd auto to 5spd how to link?? help

Im in the middle of swapping my 1g auto awd to a 5 spd and need the link to the vfaq or a similar How to? The link on vfaq no longer works. Or does anybody know which motor mounts need to be changed in a 1g awd to make everything line up?
