Has anyone here modified a 2g intake pipe to use with a garrett t4 turbo 3in inlet? I am thinking about cutting mine up to do so but was wondering if there were any recommendations.

The best thing to do, it would be to get a bigger intake pipe. Stock intake will be to small for bigger turbo... The thing you can do is, cut the somewhere in the middle of the intake pipe , where diameter of the pipe gets bigger (3"). Then go to home depot and get an 3" pipe with about 150deg bend, put into the rest of your intake pipe with the clamp and you're set....I know dejon does something like this, but all this is not worth it , it will look ugly.....

Right, you may as well upgrade the pipe itself since the stock accordion will limit your airflow. Besides, there is no simple way of making the stock intake pipe fit a 3" inlet.
