Ummm no you don't have to....Denji said:or you could just use your leg???

When there is no pressure on the clutch the pedal won't come back up when you push it down. You have to pull the clutch pedal back up and push it back down repeatedly.

Ok, here is the best way to do it. First get a small bottle and a little hose that fits on that nipple (slave cylinder) and into that bottle. Put some fresh unused fluid into that bottle and make sure the hose in submerged. Fill the resevoir on the master cylinder with fresh fluid and have someone put pressure on the pedal. Loosen the fitting on the slave and when the pedal is about to the floor tighten it back up. This will take a good communication from the two people. Do that until the bubbles stop comming out and you shoudlbe good to go.
You need to make sure that the hose is on the bottle cause even though you think the nipple is being closed quickll it will suck air back in. With that hose submerged it will just suck in fluid.
Depending on how old the fluid is or looks you may want to flush the entire system and putt all new fluid in.
