How tight should cam seals be?

I am installing mine right now and they seem to slide on pretty easy. I didnt need to use a socket or anything to get them in.
They came in the felpro gasket set from dsmgraveyard.

They just slide on. There is a small spring in there that keeps the pressure on the cam.

Be sure to put a little rtv on the outside where the seal sides in the head.. after heating up & cooling off a few times they tend to leak without some extra sealant

I put my seals on (even though they felt pretty loose) and it is holding up fine so far. X
