2G How tight should the oil filter and drain plug be?

How tight should the oil filter and drain plug be? What should I torque them down to, or should I just tighten them real tight, but not overtight.

drain bolt should be tight with a new crush washer, not wrenched, but tight, and the oil filter should just be as tight as u can get it with your hands.
