How much $$$ to install a LSD Insert?

I've been searching around, can't see any dollar amounts to what people payed on their LSD insert installs. How much did you guys pay? I am looking at the BMT Insert, but any quotes are good. 2g FWD. Thanks.

Honestly most shops will charge you about $250-350 to take the tranny out and put it back in. Then your looking about about 200-300 bucks to open the tranny and do the LSD work. Not cheap but I do believe there is a vfaq that shows how to do it yourself.
