How much hp can a stock block hold

I am currently running 21psi and i have forged rods and pistons.

Would i be safe adding nitrious without doing anything to the block itself?

the block dosn't have a whole lot to do with it - more the guts

rods, pistons, which you say are built in your motor

there is no definite answer for your hp question either

all depends on tuning, when you hit the nitrous, how much power your really making etc etc
