That's hard to say unless someone here lowered their car the same amount with the same wheel and tire size. If you hire someone to do it they can get it figured out. You can buy a proper fender roller and do it yourself but a nice one typically costs more than hiring someone to do it. Only a worthy investment if you're planning to use it in the future. And don't let those weird DIY videos fool you into doing something stupid. Wedging a baseball bat between wheel and fender and rolling the car back and forth is a terrible idea IMO.
