1G How much boost is evo 3 510 cc injectors good for??

I want to keep my car as close to stock as possible when I start modding it, I would like a small 16g, or evo 3 16g. My question is should I go with evo 9 560's or evo 3 510's. I want close to 300-350 at the crank. I will be going either with a 2g maf, or a gm maft setup for venting. I also have a SAFC2.

Of course I will do all the other supporting mods.

Even with 560cc injectors your injector duty cycles would be pretty high to hit 300hp. I would just get 650's and call it good. I would recommend the E3 16G, for your hp goals.

I actually have the setup you're planning for (1G AWD). I run a small 16G, 550 injectors, 2G Maf, and SAFC. That being said for your hp goals 510's are definitely out of the question. I would go with the 560's or better yet some 650's which is what I wish I had done. Good luck.
 
Yep... get some 650's.

I was flowing 39lbs on the e316g with a WHP estimate of around 370, and my 650's were screaming at 95-98% DC with 93 pump and water/meth injection. I think a well-tuned e316g/650's combination would max out at around 350-380 hp. Anything less than 650's is pushing the limits at your HP goals IMHO.

Unless you're CB... he can probably get 400hp with a 16g and 450's (or well placed spit)...but then again he lives in a different tuning plane than us mere mortals :)
