How much boost can i safely fun?

My friends 97 gst its being rebuilt right now. His mods are:
Apex Filter
Greddy intercooler pipes & FMIC
35mm ext. wastegate
Garret t3/to4E 50trim turbo .48 exhaust 60 compresor side, stage 3
full 2.5 exhaust
walboro 255lph, 660 injecors, aeromotive 1@1 FPR Apexi SAFC 2
ACT 2100
aluminium damper
Stock 2g head with ARP studs
fully balance block
no balance shafts, eagle rods, wiseco pisons & rings
cometic HIGH PRESSURE head gasket

How much boost can we safely run on 93 oct. and how many con VP16
i was thinking 18-20 on 93 and 22-25 on VP race fuel? am i right?
How much whp can we expect to get at this boost levels

Till you break something, then after the rebuild go 10% less.

Or you can try turning it up till you get knock, adjust fuel, turn up more boost, repete 30x.

ya- you can run those kind of boost pressure - it looks like hes got supporting mods for the turbo and the motor is built up and should be able to handle it if he knocks a little bit.

You will be able to run those and with some tuning you will be able to run some higher numbers.
