How far off is this Timing Belt

Well I found my poor performance issue after changing my seals and like I thought it was the timing. Heres a pic. How bad was this

Really really bad. Wouldn't be suprised if your valves were lightly tapping. Did you ever hear any loud ticking noises? Also gunna assume your vacuum was really low at idle, and it ran like crap underboost/in general.

It actually looks like you need to turn the motor a few more time to get the cam gears parallel with the head. But not being able to see where your oil pump and crank sprocket are lined up its hard to say. I would say this just looks like you didn't quite rotate the motor enough, and a rough guestimate would say you are pretty close as far as cam timing goes.

The bottom end was at TDC at that point.
I got everything to line up after I took it back apart and now it has come alive.
Runs better now than before I started. I think it was off before in the first place. Had a rough idle

so all of the points below are lined up? At first glance it really looks like it should line up. Does look like the exhaust cam is lined up with the head and the intake is off. It's not hard to believe, it takes a little bit of work to anticipate the movement of the assembly as it's being finished, seen this a million times.

Yea, I got the timing right on it now. Runs way better
