your plug looks like your running a little rich. are you using any type of AFPR? if so whats your fuel pressure set to?
Are you running any type of Engine Management? like DSMLINK?
No afpr just the stock afpr and yes iam running dsmlink my log is in my post

What fuel are you on?
Pump gas 91 oct.when I stand in the back of my car and if I put my hand at the back of my muffler it will spit moisture with black soot at idle.and the car runs good.combindft and airflowperrev is we're they should be at

Rich at idle. Have to sut it apart to see WOT. Need a better picture of the ground strap to see timing.
Sorry I was trying to get a better pic of the ground strap but it is very hard to get a good pic.the timming is dead on at 5degs with 3 week old gates timming belt and I check the timming about 10 times since I installed the new belt.I think I have found the problem for the car running rich.my rear o2 sensor is not putting out enough volts on link so iam going to buy a new one tommrow and hope that will do it.

your rear o2 can do nothing at all to effect fuel trims. Its simply tells the ecu basically if the cat is doing its job or not.
To the original pic: actually, i would say if anything its on the leaner side. Not too bad at all though. Def not rich. It would be all black

How do these look? Almost 2k miles on then, but I should point out there was oil in the pistons that I used to test the piston rings, maybe under an ounce a cylinder. Took a bit to burn it out before it would even idle

Throw those IR's away and get you BPR6ES-11's for your NT gapped at .044.

IR's are a crappy plug for DSM applications.

Now, Why are you testing the rings out? Compression issues?

Run them a good few miles to burn off the oil before you post another pict so they don't look like you're pushing oil past the rings.

I switched from BR8ES to Denso Iridium Power IW24. I had to replace BR8ES aftere dozen of hard pulls (40psi) due to missfire. Once i switched to Iridium plugs, no more missfiring issues (gapped to 0.018"). I can provide more details on request. BTW, I did not have any issues with BR8ES 0.028" gap when I ran lower boost (under 35psi). As soon as I turned the bost up to 40 psi, issue occured. Yeah, I tried smaller gap and all that. Once BR8ES is new it runs great for few hard pulls and then it would start causig a missfire. gapping plugs down gradually to 0.017" would mask the issue for few more pulls and then issue reoccurs. Upon inspection plugs looked perfect with an exception of mini cracks developed on ceramic insulator. NGK tech support explained it is normal for plugs to behave that way due to ammount of power pushed through them. Excessive wear on center electrode causes loss of continuity with ground electrode, energy finds its way out through an insulator and arcs against valve cover wall hence the visual mini cracks on the insulator. Yes, plugs were removed/installed on cold engine and torqued down to 19ft/lbs. NGK recommended their racing plugs at rate of $50 a piece to which i said "no thank you" and tried the Iridium Power plugs. I picked Denso Iridium over NGK iridium due to U-groove design on Denso plugs. Perhaps later down the road same issue will occur with Iridium plugs but so far Iridum plugs paid for themself based on the ammount of clean pulls and high rpm racing. I paid $35 delivered for Iridum plugs from an ebay seller. Very good price I say.

If you want to read the plugs, drive to your tuning road, making sure the car is warmed up. Install brand new plugs. Do a pull, turn the car off, and stop. Now pull the plugs and inspect them.

The rear o2 just checks if the cat is doing it's job or not. Just as the person you quoted said.
I was trying to edit my post because I realized I asked the same question that was explained to me.so if that is all my rear o2 sensor does than will it matter if my rear o2 sensor is bad than because I have no cat?or can it affect my tune ?
