How do you use the fuel pump test connector?

Hey quick question I got a 1g 91 eagle talon n was wondering how do you use the fuel pump test connector?

Thanks for the links. I appreciate it. I was looking in my engine bad n I don't think I have a test connector there is a black plug there but it seems diffreny there's 2 lil plastic prongs in it and its pink on the inside of the cove n the inside of the connector its pink is this the right plug?

Yes it is true. I don't have one.
There should be a factory TSB on the subject, somewhere. That's how I learned why mine was missing back in the day.

All of my cars have had one, kinda took time to find it at first.

I found it it was taped completely

I run 12+v to it n my sear belts move back n forth ? No pump on?
