how do u get the orange out of the talon tail lights

i was wondering how to get the orange out of the talon tail lights? its a 1997 if that makes a diffrence. ive seen it done before just never been able to ask who did it or how. thank you ahead of time if u answer.

most use candy red paint on their tails to make the whole rear end the same color, but i'm sure there's multiple ways of doing it.
