So I just dropped a 98 motor in my gst spyder and it has a 2gb head and a 2gb bottom. Do I have to tap the cam angle sensor and if so how do I do this?

The cam will have a starter nub machined in the back, set the cam up in a drill press or lathe and drill it appox 2 inches deeper.

IIRC the hole needs to be tapped to 8mm x 1.25

A simpler fix would be get a cam that is drilled and tapped for the CAS and drop it in.
