how do i properly ground harness connectors?

Hey there everyone! Im a newbie to this site, i dont post much but im on here often as im trying to do a fuse box relocation/battery relocation/shaved engine/6 bolt swap.I decided to do all this since the 7 bolt in my 97 gsx blew the rod bearings.So my question is in regards to the ground connections on the fuse box harness.Can i ground them indivisually to the chassis or do i have to connect them together? to give u guys a basic idea these are the connectors im talking about, radiator fan?(black wire),fuse box harness connector to ecu harness connector(black wire),head lights,fog lights,horn.I will take pictures to make this a bit more clear. thx u guys for ## time

With any grounds ive ever done, ive always grounded indevidually. Just like a bat relocatte. You can put you grounds straight to to chassis. No need to run another wire to your engkne bay to just put the ground there. Just make sure they have glod positive connection.

these are all the left lights.Main lights,parking light,side markers, and fog light

these here are the main fan connector and the fuse box connector to ecu harness connector.My main concern are all these ground connections.They come connected all together but i made the huge error of cutting them thinking they were "only ground" and didnt mark any.

A ground wire is a ground wire. You can connect them all together and ground them at one point, or ground them all individually. It would make no difference as long as you have enough effective grounding points. The stock harness utilizes multiple grounds.
