Windsor,
With the 1990 Eagle talons A/T. When its driving with the overdrive option on it kicks me out of gear into neutral at about 50-60 kmh or 35-40 mph (if my math isn't wrong). Is that internal in the transmission or is it in my wiring/fuses.

Most likely inside the trans. If you lose all electrical to your transmission you go into limp mode. This is 3rd gear.

Neutrals usually equate to mechanical.

Good Luck

I am pretty shure it's your end clutches. If it kicks you out of gear and you can free-rev, and once you turn OD off, you go back into 3rd, it's your end clutches. End clutches can be easily replaced. You can buy a complete end clutch pack, and swap them without dropping the tranny. www.vfaq.com has instructions on replacing these
