How do i connect this dataloger cable?

I was digging for my datalogger cable (for laptop) , and I think I found it.

I have 3 wires total. 2 blue ones that are off of the same wire, but turned into 2.

And one white wire.

Does this sound right?

I have not used it in a long time, so not sure if this is it, but looks like it. It has the serial connector on the other end. It's the only thing I could find that would be it.

Which thingys in the diagnostic port do i connect it to?
