I've tried using a 32mm socket, and tried using a flatblade both with a rubber mallot, and I have not been able to get mine to budge, I've soaked it in pb blaster in some hope that it may loosen something up but that did not help. So I am asking all of you, how did YOU get YOUR balance shaft bearings out? WTF

The flat blade and hammer, with an angry right arm. Couldn't say too much for the front case after that ;) Use a 1/4" or 5/16" flat blade and dig/tap it into the cap as much as possible before going apeshït on it; it wasn't too bad afterward

I'm thinking of taking a dremmel with a cut off wheel to it but I dont want to damage the area the bearing goes into. What do you guys think about that?

I rented a bearing tool from AutoZone. The tool kit is a series of aluminum discs in different sizes and an aluminum handle that bolts through the center of the disc. It cost like $54 to rent and it woked like a charm for removing and reinstalling the bearings.

Used the other end of the balance shaft. It's slightly bigger on the front end and it matches that bearing nicely. I just fliped it around, stuck it in the hole, lined it up with the bearing, and beat the piss out of it untill it came out. Getting it out was the fun part, since I had the motor upside down on an engine stand and tried to get my hands down between the crank and the block to get it out. Did the same with the front bearing as well.
