Two ways, 1. buy a socket and do it your self. 2. Send it to someone that burns chips and offers a socketing service and pay the money.
The second way is the most relyable unless you do a lot of soldering. NONE of the ECUs came with a socketed EPROM

Shane at DB performance has a really good reputation. Ask anyone in minnesota and they will tell you to go with him.. They are located in Rogers. I would highly suggest him.
