You need to first set your throttle cable properly, you are showing 4% throttle. After you ensure that it's set properly, run through the TPS adjustment tool. You want to show 0.64v from the TPS at 0% throttle.

Do a nice solid idle log without adjusting anything (don't be hitting the throttle or anything like that) other than uploading the file I'm posting up. Add in ISCPosition, CombFT, Battery, RadiatorFan and MAFComp to your logged values.

Post up your idle log after the above is done. I did change your stock boost gauge to show battery voltage and I forgot to change your coolant temp CEL to 219* which is a safer temperature for warning.
