Horrible Idle keeps stalling

I just got new plugs and wires and it was idling bad before and i was told a tune up would fix it so i did that and now its idling at like 400 rpm and keeps stalling, when you listen to it idle it sounds like its zapping out in cylinder 4 could it be the injector if anyone has any ideas i need my car fixed by sunday for high school nationals! THanks!

Did the wires and plugs even help at all? What shape is your fuel filter in? Do a resistance check of your injectors and also see if they are getting the right signal by using a noid light. Sounds like it's either fuel or spark related so start with those.

Did you try adjusting the idle with the BISS? It's a screw on top of the throttle body. Back it out for a higher idle.

Also, are those plugs gapped correctly?
