homemade intake problem

ok well i made my own 3 inch intake and it works pretty damn well but the problem is that it pinches my mbc hose. here is a pic

what would be the best solution to this. is the a way to adjust the inlet in the wastegate so it wouldnt be right under the intake or could i find a hard line or at least a damn sturdy rubber hose that wouldnt bend or give like this cheap line.

and another thing that occured when i took it for a test drive yesterday was if i got into it a bit if i pushed in the clutch the idle would drop all the way down to 400-500 and sometimes drop enough to shut the car off or it would hesitate at that rpm and then come back up to around 900-1000 and be fine but if i drove it normal and pushed in the clutch it would just drop and settle down at 900-1000. the blow off valve is recirculated also. if you want a picture of the intake itself if you think there might be somthing there i should check let me know and ill go snap one thanks

I had the same problem when I made my intake. I very carefully put a smooth bend in the nipple on the actuator.

is the hose being pinched cause the idle problem aswell or did you have that, and where did you get the bend for the nipple at. thanks for the help though

I never ran the car without the nipple bent, I couldn't even get the intake installed before doing it. I didn't get the bend anywhere, I did it myself. I very carefully put a smooth bend in it.
