can i use methonal from a r/c hobby store which they run in there rc engines?

R/C fuel also has nitromethane and castor oil in it. you don't want to spray that into your engine under boost. things will go wrong in a real hurry. nitro mixtures release fairly noxious concentrations of nitric acid in the exhaust which can not only corrode your exhaust away, but are extremely harmful to breathe.

just don't do it.

Methanol isn't very healthy for you either. It's one of the very few substances for which there is no filter for the fumes for people to wear to safely work with. Where I used to work (Dow Corning) we would burn a mixture of methanol as a byproduct from a process and gasoline to train employees on fire safety and fire extinguishers. Fun job.
