So I've been looking into going all HKS for my 95 and changing over to a 6-bolt. My problem is finding the parts! Do I have to have them specially made or does HKS Japan make the parts? I want it built from the ground up with HKS! $ is not an issue with me. So if you have any ideas let me know. The other Question is if the parts from the 4G63t Evo 8 will fit?

If money isn't a problem then why are you driving a DSM and not a nicer car?

Why do you want all HKS?

The DSM after market has spawned many parts that are just as good or better for much less. Unless you are just trying to impress all the douches that hang out and Whatabuger on Gurley you are wasting money for no reason at all. Not many parts from the EVO VIII will work on our cars.

Nope don't hang with the douches on Gurley! I like the DSM better than the EVO. I don't want a 4 door. And I want to learn about the turbo on a DSM Because of the problems that they have. It is a project car but I have a thing for HKS!

If you really want to buy parts from them then hit up there catalog and see what fits, but you WILL be waisting money. Just like a lot of other people I will say start with a resonable goal and search for what you need to accomplish that. Just buying certian parts made by a compnay will most likely get you a hodge podge of a car that doesn't run well.

I am going to be racing down there in the Autocross so if you have any other parts or help on what I can use let me know. My goal is to get it to run a low 12 and hold on the track!

With those goals I would say go with a EVOIII 16G, good suspension setup and nice tires. I would just go stright for a nice set of JIC's setup by John Mueller since money is not a problem. The 16G might not get you on the low 12's in a GST, but it will be a great autox turbo. If you start to go bigger the lag might make it more difficult to run well in the autox. The most important thing will be seat time. An awesome car can be slow as shit with a piss poor driver.

So JIC Magic Suspension? ANy certain model?

If I had the money I would go with a FLT-A2 but I think 2G's may have more options.

Those are a bunch of very good choices and I would give them a call and find out what they recommned. Now keep in mind that they are going to probably ask you a ton of questions and honestly you sound like you have no idea what you are getting into. If you just call and ask, "I want to AutoX my 2G what is the best suspension" they will probably not be very helpful and rude. Again you need to search and find out some info our your own so YOU can make an informed decision instead of just building a car based on parts others have told you are good.

That sounds good, I'd actually been looking at JIC, but Trinity Motorsports told me to go with Tein. So I figured I'd get some other opinions. I am used to Hondas and am finding out that these cars have a totally diff aspect and are very touchy cars.
