I own a 1991 Talon TSI and I was wondering if there is anybody out there that has managed to fit a HKS Super Sequential Blow Off Valve in their 1g. I really want this blow off valve because it's one of the loudest ones out there and they sell a recirculation fitting so I can retain the factory dump tube. If there is anybody that has done this please post instructions and pics.

i installed the bov line filter. i figure if i just got done shelling out 200 or so for a blowoff valve the last thing i'm gonna do is not install that little line and risk ruining it.

well so long as your airfilter and everything is nice and clean it should pick up most the stuff.

well got mine installed today and im havin a few issues. first off i started playing with my boost controller and on the last pull i made to check to make sure it wouldnt go over 14psi the car got up to about 13-14psi and started shuddering(didnt come close to redline, bout 5500-6000). i dont think it was fuel cut because i heard thats liek a brick wall. the pull before that made it up to about 18-19, i dont know if that had anything to do with it. also, when im not wot and i let off under about 10psi the bov makes like a fluttery noise instead of one smooth pshhhh. its more like psh-sh-sh-sh-sh.

tallen yeah were pretty close. i go to seabreeze and live by the grananda bridge.

a flangeless UICP from dave brode is somewhere about 70-80 bux... davidbrode.cjb.net ..say Randy from hawaii referred you...i told him i was doing a hks bov set up so he told me what i needed to do...if anything PM me where you need to put the flange because i found the PERFECT area to mount it....unfortunately its because i kinda screwed up.... =/ ....peace
