Ive had a HKS SSQV sitting around for awhile now and i got the flange adapter for it! my only question is how to i run the vacuum lines? from my MBC putting 15 psi into it, or off my actual vacuum?

Any bov should have its own dedicated vacuum line.

ive set mine up off a diagram off here, it runs off the intake mani, which runs my mbc to my wg.

You should not tap the mbc to the intake Mani. There should be a nipple on the Turbo or if not you weld a nipple to the jpipe/intercooler pipe coming off the Turbo. For the bov, there should be a dedicated nipple on the intake manifold for the bov. DO NOT TAP ANYTHING INTO THE BOV LINE
