HKS install

I ran a search. I bought an uicp from slowboy, and put my hks on there, with the flange. The bov just sits there. I have the little circle as well, but I don't see how that is going to keep it tight on. If anything, are there any instructions in english on this install?

There should be a rubber o ring with it kinda giving it a little play so when you put the snap ring in (with snap ring pliers preferably) it will fit under the lip and hold it tight. Mine is very tight.
