HKS Exhaust System

Quck question:

Right now I have a chance to buy a used HKS Turbo exhaust system for 89-94 Eagle Talon, Plymouth Laser or Mitsubishi Eclipse Turbo. It's full stainless steel cat-back exhaust system, like new, asking $250 CAN obo.

Question is this: If I don't have any other engine mods (and I don't plan to make any more) is this worth looking at? Will it give me any extra power or no?

Also, is this a good brand? Are there better choices?

HkS been around for a long time, a very respectable company that makes good product. I can't see ya going wrong with it. If that's you only mod for now of for ever you would feel the diffence in the car, but I would advice to at least get an intake w/it. Then see how the life of boosting is all about.

HKS is a great company and their products are top notch. If you get the exhaust, you should feel alittle more power open up.

as far as I know, the HKS Turbo is not stainless steel. it is a quiet exhaust, though, and looks stock.

the rear valence on 90-91's is different than 92-94. it'll fit but you may need to buy new hangers

for that price, go for it, if it was new, you're better off with something from ams or rnr or slowboy.
