HKS BOV price?

Hey guys i am currently looking to buy a new BOV for my 98 GSX eclipse. I decided i was wanting either the 1g BOV or the HKS BOV.

So i went to Topspeed in Chicago and saw they had a HKS BOV brand new for my car. I asked how much it was and they said it was only $69... Now i knew i saw them online for $250 so i thought it was kind of odd.

So my question is do you think it was a real HKS BOV and why was it so cheap. I also had to buy the flange which was another $20.. I dont think they would sell knock off their but the price is just so cheap for a new HKS.

Also im looking to hear maybe other BOV that are good for my car. I dont want any knock offs or crap BOV's. Thanks

For that price I can pretty much guarantee that it's a fake.

I bought a hks knock off that had the hks stamp on it it worked for about 2 months not worth the risk

I thought it could be to.. However i thought why would a good named business have knock offs trying to pass them off as a fake?

It might just be the old style hks bov. There is the old one, the ssqv II and then a newer one than that.
