all you guys that are running 272s how much vacuum are you seeing at idle? im seeing like 9 - 11 In HG i think i may have bent a valve or did you guys loose vacuum too when you installed 272s?

my idle is pretty lumpy tonight for osme reason i was getting around 5 HG of vacuum if i bent a valve would that decrease my vacuum at idle?

Using engine analyzer it estimated a 2.0 to pull 13.7 inches of vacuum, and a 2.4 to pull 15.9 inches of vacuum. So you should see a few inches more with a 2.4.

Of course, since you bent a valve, it is no longer seating right, there for lowering the motor's compression with leads to low vacuum.
