I took the car over to the dyno for some tuning tonight...once we got the car dialed in a bit and started adding boost we noticed some odd power curves occurring. Please take a look at this graph and tell me if you think anything is wrong. This is plotting engine speed vs speed. As we add boost you can see engine speed stray from its normal line (55-75mph). Should that happen through the converter or should it stay on the same path regardless of boost? To me it looks like its blowing through the converter. I'm not sure so id like to clarify. I don't have a pic, but if you look at the horsepower/ tq graph, there are 2 humps in the curve and peak torque is at 7300 which isn't normal. Almost like its all slipping out the trans or converter.
