High idle/ smoking

Well replaced the head did the timing correct finally got her running and idling at 1100. Then after she shut off and I restarted her, she started idling high at 3k. I checked all boots and tightened up any bolts over specs. And she still idled around 2500 and then started blowing white smoke like crazy. Compression ready 183, 177, 181, 162. I’m guessing bend valve what would yall say! I still not sure why the 3k idle tho

Adjusted the BISS?
Boost leak test & fix any leaks?
Make sure your throttle cable isn't too tight and that your throttle plate is closing.
Is the ISC plugged in? Have you done anything to verify the ISC is working?

A bent valve would cause near zero compression and run (if at all) like garbage.
