Ive replaced all gaskets around throttle body, attempted to adjust the translator, and still have a bad idle. And by bad, I mean high. It idles around 2000 rpms. Of the four switches, which ones should be on and which ones should be off? Also, between shifts, the rpms do not drop like they should. They do drop, but very slowly. Any ideas?

Have you check your Fuel trims? Try to adjust the fuel issue first them adjust the mechanical parts.

You need a datalogger and other way to control the Fuel like S-afc.
Read this why.

Make sure you throttle plate is closing completely. Your throttle cable should have a little slack to it and should be making contact with the idle switch(see picture, it is one of an open throttle plate but serves as a reference). -Brodie
