High Idle and lights flickering?????

ok im new to dsm's and i really have no idea whats going on! I replaced my alternator and my battery because my alternator went up, drove the car for another 3 or 4 days and it was fine. Then i took and blocked off one end of my resurc hose for my bov....well me and my friends were playing around with that, then the car stalled out. So i put the resurc hose back on. Well since that happend the car has been goin crazy. Well now all of a sudden the car will start fine but all the lights dim and get brighter, like there strobing... Well then yesterday the idle was fine untill i pushed the window button and rolled it down, as soon as i did this the idle shot up to 1,500????? i have no idea what the problem is.....please help!!!

check the main power wires on the alternator it self, it could be serging because the nut holding it off is loose? happened to me.
