Lights Flickering

My lights on my car is flickering all of them dose this mean bad altanator? I just got it back from the shop in okc and i drove it home about 100+ miles then i stoped and noticed alot of oil on everything then after looking the idiots didnt tighten up the valve cover WTF so i have oil all over the power steering and altanator would had ruined my altanator? Cause i trun the lights on when cars not running and no flickering what so ever.

check fuses and relay, wouldnt hurt to check your alternator voltage. Could as so be a bad connection or ground some where. Take a look

I would always check the fuses first which would be an easy fix.

also it dosent do it unless the car is running so if it was a fuse wouldnt it do it with the key on ?
