Im just curious what you others are running in your fogs...Im looking for yellow lights in the fogs, but not sure if i should go with HIDs or find a set of normal bulbs. Anyone running non HID yellows? what brand?

Ive also come across tinting the fog light yellow...anyone else do this?

Pics would be nice!

You should be smacked in the face. I take it as a personal mission to destroy those yellow blinding bastard foglights whenever I get chance. That shit should be illegal as it is distracting, and gives me and others I know one hell of a migraine at night.

1-there is a difference between a correctly pointed fog light, which most cars come OEM with yellow these days...and someone who went out and got the biggest housing, brightest bulb, and aimed it at the tops of the trees.

2-dont Eclipse fogs shine...yellow?

I was talking about the 30000k or w/e yellow HIDs that ####ing distracting and nearly blinding regardless of how there aimed. Should be illegal, and are ugly.

just get some hids that are 2500k and put them in the stock housing. They will be brighter than stock but should not shine into the peoples mirrors infront of you. They arent aimed properly if that is done.

30,000k is pink. 3000k is yellow, and not near as bright as all the other HIDs. and when used as fog lights, and pointed down, are nearly nothing to oncoming traffic. As normal headlights, wrong housing, and not pointed correctly, yes.

Yellow fogs = RICE man, why would you do that? That sh!t is butt ugly...

in the OEM housing,on a white car, its sexy. Bnasty's car looks great with em, and i know ive seen em in a 2gb tsi before,i juts cant recall or find the shots.

Also all dog lights will always be yellow otherwise they are considered driving lights. The yellow beams pointed downwards cut through fog hence why YELLOW lights are considered fog lights. 35 watt fog lights are a great addition to one of outer cars asdf long as they are done properly

sorry I'm on my phone by the way LOL

There is a function to yellow fog lights. 3000k are better in fog then a 4300/5000k.

Go with the hid's, I've never bought from sharp HID, but I hear they're good. I always buy through DDMtuning.com, lifetime warranty and they're about $40 for a set of HID's.

Yes, thanks you. I use DDMtuning through work for customer orders.

My only issue is im not sure how long i would be running my fogs, due to possibly getting a FMIC in the future. But like you said, whats $40. (Actually they are on sale for $30...2 weeks ago, they were $25!)

well there is quite a few kits for 2gb Talon with fogs.

I have 3000K HIDs in my stock fog lights. I do alot of late night/early moring driving through the pines in the summer and the roads very foggy. The yellow really helps to see a little better. If you get the HIDs make sure you get a relay harness or you will blow the stock fuse.
