I have been dealing with this ever since the 6 bolt swap. I did several BLT's and have no leaks.

The problem is when I am WOT and just getting into boost (4psi-9psi), the car hesitates. Feels like the front end of the car lifts as soon as I go WOT, then falls on its face, then goes again when near 10psi.

It feels similar to when my CAS was not adjusted correctly a long time ago and the timing was retarded. Except not nearly as bad.

The car seems to pick up great if I am not WOT. Like if I back off the throttle a little bit when the car falls on its face, it feels smooth.

Now WOT at high RPM (like 5200 and up) the car pulls great at WOT. Especially at 6K RPM.

Now clue what the problem is.

Well here is a little bit of info about my ignition timing. Ever since i did the 1G CAS on my 2G, which was like a week after i first bought the car, my CAS needed to be adjusted all the way advance in order to run right. Well, when I first wired it up, it ran fine at 5*BTDC until my power transistor came unplugged on me while driving. If set at 5*BTDC, it was literally undrivable. I pushed the gas, and the car would fall on its face and literally wouldn't go any further. And I have tried multiple CAS's. And yes, I am sure it is wired correctly. I also have the 10K Pot Mod. Which doesn't do anything anymore. It doesn't matter if the Pot is on or off, it runs the same and no random miss-fire.

I never adjusted the CAS on this 6 bolt, I left it where it was as it was a complete long block just pulled from my buddies 1G. It's more on the advance side. But not all the way.

I'm thinking that maybe this hesitation problem is because my CAS isn't all the way forward like it used to be on my 7 bolt. It does feel like timing is being pulled. Just not nearly as bad as it was before when the CAS was set to 5*BTDC.

your problem sounds like it could be the tps. when it is incorrectly adjusted, you tap the gas(very soft) and the car will want to die (in neutral)

I just replaced the TPS last week actually. The car would be undrivable with it plugged in. Finally got around to swapping it out. But, I do not have a volt meter so I wasn't able to check if it was adjusted properly.

I have been trying to find a volt meter. I will definitely look into this!

My car doesn't seem to want to stall giving it light throttle in neutral though.
