When the IAC is takin off and the ignition is turned on, how much should the IAC move? Mine will move in but then will sit there and vibrate for a sec like its trying to go in more but can't? It will then move back out.

Also what order should I adjust these few things. The BISSS, TPS and the throttle switch? I know I need to ground out the ECU via the plug on the firewall passenger side. Was thinking first the TPS then the BISSS then the throttle switch? Or does it really even matter?
