Hey I am going to be ordering all my fuel upgrade stuff. And I need some help on what size of injectors to grab. I am planning on running a 20g or a bb 57trim not quite sure which yet bust most likely the 57trim. I also am going to shoot for 20-30 psi. 20 for now and 30 once I get my stroker built. Running a DSMLink, Walbro255 HP, Aremotive FPR, all stainless fuel lines, and stock fuel rail. Thankx for help.

720cc will be good for mid 20psi range. Will do fine for your setup at 20psi as well.

You have a DSMLINK if your going to go 720 or larger, I'd go with some 850 or 950cc injector, the DSMLINK can make those idle like stock. Plus, your going to go with a stroker kit, so you want to squeeze as much power as possible. At least 950cc's will give you a lot of room for tuning and safety.

Well said. That's the right answer.

Agreed. Especially if you are debating between a 20g and a 57trim. That is a significant jump. However if you get DSM Link it is more than possible to tune for both of these turbos with 850 or 950 injectors. But, if you are indeed set on the 20g the 950's are overkill for this turbo even though they can be tuned for this with DSM link.

Like I said Im most likely going to be running the PTE 57trim with a built 2.4. So I think Ill grab some 850's. Will they be sufficient for 28-30psi on the pte 57trim?

Laser Craver trust me buddy, go with the 950cc's, thats a huge turbo and pushes a lot of air. Do it right the first time and save money in the long run. What happens those 850's are on the limit of that 28-30 psi (It is possible with that turbo and that large 2.4L 4 cylinder), with the 950's at least you have more safety margin. Never push anything to the limit, thats when stuff break. In addition, the price difference between the 850's and 950's is very little if not none.

For example, 550 cc injectors are good for a 16g, however, they are pretty maxed out around 20 psi, thats why you should go a injector size up or a few up just incase. Fuel injectors stop pulsing after they go over there limit and are basically stuck open trying to keep up, this makes it difficult to tune and can be a little dangerious for the engine. Now do you want that turbo 57 trim and 2.4L engine left out? Do you want that turbo and 2.4L only running some of its potential? LOL I don't think so! So like I said, go big now, pay less later.
