I have a 20g turbo, 340lph fuel pump, and I want to run 24psi. Are 650 injectors big enough? Is 24psi about all a 20g can put out efficiently?

What are you tuning with. Please update your profile of your mods. The bigger injector the better, are you on pump gas? you would want upwards of atleast 750cc injectors if I was you. If you have ecmlink just get 1000cc injectors. The smaller the injectors you have the lower boost you will have to run. So in theory you can run small injectors just don't expect to make high boost power.

Yes I'm using pump gas. I'm still putting the car together I will get my list of mod's soon. I'll be using ECMlink for tuning.

Back in the old VPC/550s days, we ran 11.0 @ 126 at 28psi on a 20G. The car was very lean on C16, but it shows how far you can push the injectors. A friend's setup is currently running 680s on pump with a 20g at around 28psi and the duty cycles are around 80%. 24psi is on the low end of where the 20g likes to be IMO.

Ya running e85 or race gas and pushing the 20g past 25+ psi of boost is where it starts to shine. Anything under that is rather average low numbers on pump gas. Here is a good guide for injector sizing http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-tuning-ecu/366003-injector-fuel-pump-supported-airflow.html Just remember if you plan to go farther later you might as well get bigger and not have to waste money later to upgrade.

In the future I plan to run a 25g. In the mean time what's the max boost I can run on pump gas? If I go with the 1000cc, will that be big enough to support the 25g when I'm able to go that route?
