At what point will I have tune my car, i have 550cc injectors and 255 pump ready to be put in my car, it is all stock besides intake, will i have to get dsm link to run these mods or can i just put them on and be ok I just got this gst 2 weeks ago and will slowly be modding when I can.

no. no. and no. you have larger injectors and your fuel pump will overrun your stock fpr. That's a double whammy for burning your rings

So could I run the injectors then or don't do either and the stock injectors are larger then 550cc.

You need some way to tune in order to run anything except stock injectors. And if your car is bone stock, you won't see any gains from more fuel. It's not a bad idea to beef up the fuel system but a bigger turbo should be in the plans as well.

Stock injectors are 450cc.
