I'm installing an ACT 2100 clutch, but I plan to use the original flywheel. I've read that for the 2600 the correct step is .612, is it the same for the 2100?

Anywhere from .608-.612 will work but any less than shallower and it won't release properly, or bigger and it won't have the full clamping force.

For ACT and Ceneter force clutches the fly step height should be .609", go check out RREs drivetrain section, thats the height they use, so I would trust them on that one.
