1G HELP WITH ECU

I have a 91 NA Eclipse race car and I'm hitting rev limiter in third gear.
I had Basset Wheels make me 6 wheels 13x8, I changed wheels from 14 to 13.

Now I'm hitting the rev limiter so I would like to know if any one can help me figure out what I need to buy to have a ECU hook up to be able to tune the ECU with cable and laptop. I understand I need a plug in to hook into the wires going to ecu.

I would like know who deals with this kind of thing that's reasonable. ty robert

There isn't a simple solution for you.

The stock ECU can datalog with a cable and laptop software but not be tuned.

People have made custom EPROM chips for NA cars but those modifications tend to be fixed settings not something you can change on the fly and require an EPROM NA ECU.

Using an EPROM Emulator (like an Moates Ostrich) can let you tune on the fly but you have to learn the inner workings of a ECU to know what to change.

DSMLink uses the code from a turbo car as it's base software so it's not a straight forward solution for an NA car.
