HELP with Door Panel rattle. 2g

Hello.
I did search but to no avail.
My 2G passenger door panel has a terrible rattle when stereo plays, especially bass. Stereo is stock, no subs. Is it something known? Or I should just take the panel to bits proceed by elimination.

no, mine is not the window.

My rattles when the sound system is on, not when I close the door, but all the time while driving. Annoying like hell.

There aren't too many things in there that can rattle - just the window and bracket and the speaker itself. I would try the "rattle fix" first, it takes less than an hour. If that doesn't do anything, your speakers may be shot. When I first bought my car, my speakers were like that. The speakers in most cars are two or three way, meaning they are essentially two or three different speakers all in one. This configuration allows them to play sound in all possible regions instead of cluttering your car with billions of tweeters, mid-ranges and woofers. Its possible that one of those "embedded speakers" (particularly the largest one, responsible for bass) has simply blown out, either from excessive volumes, or just age. If this is the case, you might be able to notice a difference if you fade all volume to the back, or raise the treble and lower the bass. Replace the speaker if you need to, no way to fix this otherwise. I got my Sonys on Ebay for $30 a pair.

2g door panels come off in about 2 minutes.So take a look,there's not that many things in there to rattle.
